Age 74 of Roseville Passed away peacefully on December 12, 2023, at his home surrounded by his loving family. He succumbed to complications of frontotemporal dementia, a battle he fought with courage and grace. Marv is survived by his devoted wife of 52 years, Sandi Thorsen, daughter Kate (Boatman) and her husband Ben, grandsons Tanner, Finn, and Brody, daughter Mandi (Millard) and her husband Joel, and grandsons Marvin, Vinny, Franklin, and Louie. Marv is also survived by his older brother Dave Thorsen and his wife Glenys, older sisters Carole (Rust), and Marilyn (Paul Thompson) and sister-in-law Colleen Thorsen and his nephews, nieces, and grand nephews and nieces. The family kindly requests that memorial contributions be made to Friends of Como or Our Lady of Peace Hospice. A Celebration of Life will occur in the New Year.<div></div><br>
