Doug was born in Willows Ca to Walter and Gladys Stirewalt in 1959, but grew up in Woodland Ca. He leaves behind a daughter Tasha Stirewalt from Rio Linda Ca, sister Rhonda Kendrick from Denison Texas, brother Brian Stirewalt of Orland Ca, nephew Eric Kendrick also of Texas, 4 grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.<br><br>Doug graduated in 1978 from Woodland High School.<br><br>While in High School he worked as a cook at Colony Kitchen in Woodland. After graduation he took a job logging in Mt. Shasta and Susanville. After a few years Doug moved back to Woodland working for Dales Millwright Service and in the meantime raising his daughter Tasha at 6 months old. Doug eventually started his own business called Doug's Millwright Services on East Beamer Street for well over 20 years in Woodland. Doug enjoyed playing men's softball, hunting, fishing, time with his family and friends and I can't leave out playing wiffle ball with his close cousin Blake Horrell (lol) Doug's celebration of Life will be held May 10, at 11am at the Eagles Hall, 37650 Hwy 16, Woodland CA 95695.<br><div><br></div>
