Boulder council wraps up 2023

Boulder City Council will hold its last meeting of the year Thursday.

There will be a public hearing on updates to the Boulder Valley Comprehensive Plan land use map related to the Boulder Junction project.

The council is also expected to approve this year’s election returns.

Thursday’s meeting will run from 6-10:30 p.m. at the Penfield Tate II Municipal Building, 1777 Broadway, and will be livestreamed at bit.ly/46PXh2F.

‘Season of Light’ at Fiske Planetarium

The final showing of the “Season of Light” holiday film at the CU Boulder Fiske Planetarium, 2414 Regent Drive, will be held at 7 p.m. Thursday.

Hoops doubleheader at CU Boulder Events Center

The CU Boulder Events Center will host a basketball “doubleheader” on Thursday, as the Buffaloes women’s team hosts Northern Colorado at noon and the men’s team takes on Utah Tech at 5 p.m.

Separate tickets will need to be purchased for each game.
