The regular season has come to an end for girls soccer and lacrosse, and 13 soccer teams from Boulder and Broomfield Counties made their cases for playoffs, just as four boys lacrosse teams and three girls lacrosse teams will play on.

5A soccer and 4A lacrosse playoffs will begin on Tuesday, while the rest of the classifications in girls soccer, as well as 5A lacrosse, will kick off on Wednesday and Thursday.

For girls soccer, Boulder and Broomfield headline the local Class 5A contingent as the No. 9 and No. 10 seeds, respectively. No. 14 Holy Family takes the field on Tuesday for 4A girls lacrosse, while No. 4 Mead awaits its second-round opponent with a bye. No. 20 Holy Family is the only local representative in 4A boys lacrosse.

Let’s break it down.
