In the next couple of weeks, you will see changes to your Daily Camera.

The biggest change, as noted in today’s Business Plus section, will be that our Monday business section will be replaced with a Sunday business section. The content will be the same; the format will be different.

Likewise, we will shift the publication days and/or pages on which certain columnists and community lists appear. Most noticeable will be that columns regarding outdoor activities will be moved to Thursdays and that local community lists — benefits, senior services, volunteering and donations — will be moved out of our Sunday local news section.

Periodically, we must make such adjustments to our print edition to keep our production process as efficient as possible. We are not taking away local content. Rather, across our group of northern Front Range newspapers, we are aligning the location and publication days of certain content.

We appreciate that you make the Camera a part of your daily routine, and we know that change is disruptive. We’re keeping you in mind as we make these changes, which will allow us to keep our focus on covering news in Boulder and the surrounding area.
