Good news about Marin people

Dean’s list: Kilee Koch, of Novato, was named to the dean’s list at the University of Minnesota Twin Cities for the fall 2024 semester.

Dean’s list: Sofia Baldez Duque Ribeiro and Will Tate, both of San Rafael, were named to the dean’s list at the College of the Holy Cross for the fall 2024 semester.

Provost’s list: Sarah Larsen, of San Rafael, was named to the provost’s list at Ohio University for the fall 2024 semester.

Recognition: DrawBridge, a San Rafael-based nonprofit that provides expressive art programs for children at community centers, shelters and affordable housing sites across the Bay Area, named Evelisa Genova as its new executive director.

Recognition: The United States Navy named Lt. Aidan Stubbs, who grew up in Novato, as the “Junior Navy Optometrist of the Year.”
