Beloved wife, daughter, sister, aunt, and friend. She was born in Arkansas on May 14, 1947, and passed on February 19, 2025.

She was preceded in death by her parents Orvin and Eula McIntyre. Judy is survived by her husband Dick, brothers Michael Thomas (Rachelle) and Charles McIntyre, and many nieces and nephews.

She recently celebrated her 60th wedding anniversary with her best friend and life partner, Dick. They called Woodland home for over 50 years. Judy was very active in the community and made many dear friends over the years.

Judy worked for the University of California, Davis, and retired after 18 years.

Once retired, Judy spent her time actively involved in local groups and adventuring with Dick. Judy spent time as a volunteer at the Cache Creek Nature Center, where she gave tours to school-aged children. She had a great artistic eye and participated in sewing groups, flower arranging, and photography.

Judy was a member of the University Farm Circle. She held various positions in support of UFC, including secretary and newsletter coordinator. Judy was grateful for the many friendships she cultivated through UFC and was proud of the work they did in support of students.

Through the bonds of maintaining a healthy lifestyle, friendships were born that lasted years and were some of her most cherished.

In addition to the many social clubs she belonged to, Judy loved to travel and spend time outdoors. She often took local excursions to take nature photos or explore backroads. She was happiest to be with her husband and furry companion. She traveled extensively over the years.

Judy was a kind, caring, and compassionate person.

Her friendships spanned decades. She would lend a hand to those in need and often put others before herself. She is loved by many and will be missed dearly.

A graveside service will be held at Monument Hill Cemetery in Woodland on March 12th at 1:00 p.m. Donations to the University Farm Circle are requested in lieu of flowers.
