Timothy Lee Willis passed away on May 28, 2025, in Marysville, California. Timothy was a longtime journalist and most recently worked at the NorCal Design Center for Digital First Media in Chico, serving newspapers throughout Northern California.<br><br>However, his longtime journalism experience also included the Palo Alto Daily Post; the Palo Alto Daily News; the Tracy Press, The Union in Grass Valley and newspapers in Lake Tahoe and Placerville.<br><br>Tim worked as both a reporter and later an editor. However, Tim was most proud of being a father to his son, Tyler. Tim was also known for being a great friend and for his sense of humor.<br><br>He enjoyed museums, reading and following politics. Tim grew up in the San Francisco Bay Area and the Central Valley. He especially liked traveling to San Francisco where he could be found visiting museums and bookstores. Tim will be missed.<div></div><br>
