Noteworthy: Anderson scored 26 points and collected 13 rebounds in a 44-33 victory over South El Monte that earned the Panthers a spot in the CIF-SS Division 5A championship game. The Panthers will take on Arroyo at Azusa Pacific University on Saturday at 6 p.m. Anderson also had 25 points in their 61-53 quarterfinal victory against Edgewood in overtime.
