Jameis Winston threw a 38-yard touchdown pass — his third of the game — to Cedric Tillman with 59 seconds left as the Cleveland Browns stunned Lamar Jackson and visiting Baltimore 29-24 on Sunday to snap a five-game losing streak and halt the Ravens’ five-game winning streak.

Making his first start in two years and replacing injured starter Deshaun Watson, Winston helped the Browns (2-6) take down their AFC North rival.

But only after surviving a late comeback attempt by Jackson, who drove the Ravens (5-3) to Cleveland’s 24 in the final seconds. Jackson threw two incompletions into the end zone, the second to Zay Flowers as time expired.

Winston finished 27 of 41 for 334 yards. Jackson completed 23 of 38 passes for 289 yards and two TDs.

CHIEFS 27, RAIDERS 20: Patrick Mahomes passed for 262 yards and two touchdowns and Kansas City remained undefeated with a road victory over Las Vegas.

The Chiefs (7-0) extended their winning streak to 13 games, including the playoffs.

Mahomes became the fastest quarterback in NFL history to reach 30,000 yards, doing it in his 103rd game. Matthew Stafford had hit that mark at 109 games.

Travis Kelce had 10 catches for 90 yards and a touchdown.

LIONS 52, TITANS 14: Jared Goff threw three touchdown passes and Detroit romped past visiting Tennessee (1-6).

The NFC North-leading Lions (6-1) have won five straight games, averaging 40-plus points over the last four.

Running back David Montgomery, who earlier had a touchdown run, took a pitch from Goff and found Sam LaPorta from 3 yards out to give the Lions a 35-14 lead late in the first half.

Jahmyr Gibbs had a 70-yard touchdown run in the first quarter. Kalif Raymond’s 90-yard kickoff return in the third made it 42-14. Raymond added a fourth-quarter 7-yard TD catch.

BILLS 31, SEAHAWKS 10: Josh Allen threw for 283 yards and two touchdowns and surging Buffalo cruised at Seattle (4-4). James Cook rushed for 117 yards and two touchdowns for the AFC East-leading Bills (6-2), who won their third straight.

EAGLES 31, BENGALS 17: Jalen Hurts rushed for three touchdowns and passed for another, helping Philadelphia (5-2) pound host Cincinnati (3-5) for its third consecutive victory.

Hurts’ 1-yard touchdown run in the fourth capped an 85-yard drive.

PACKERS 30, JAGUARS 27: Backup Malik Willis completed a 51-yard pass to Jayden Reed that set up Brandon McManus’ second winning kick in as many weeks, a 24-yarder that lifted Green Bay (6-2) over host Jacksonville (2-6) for its fourth consecutive win,

Josh Jacobs ran for 127 yards and two touchdowns for the Packers.

FALCONS 31, BUCCANEERS 26: Kirk Cousins threw for 276 yards and four touchdowns, two to tight end Kyle Pitts, to help visiting Atlanta (5-3) take sole possession of first place of the NFC South with a win over Tampa Bay.

Baker Mayfield threw for 330 yards and three TDs for Tampa Bay (4-4),

CHARGERS 26, SAINTS 8: Ladd McConkey had two touchdown catches, including a 60-yard score in the third quarter, and Los Angeles (4-3) defeated visiting New Orleans (2-6), which lost its sixth in a row.

BRONCOS 28, PANTHERS 14: Rookie Bo Nix threw three touchdown passes and ran for another and Denver (5-3) beat visiting Carolina (1-7).

CARDINALS 28, DOLPHINS 27: Kyler Murray drove the Cardinals into position for a game-winning field goal by Chad Ryland as time expired for the second straight week, and visiting Arizona spoiled Miami QB Tua Tagovailoa’s return from a concussion.

The Cardinals (4-4) rallied from a nine-point deficit.

Tagovailoa threw for 234 yards in his first start for the Dolphins (2-5) since he was diagnosed with the third known concussion of his career against the Bills on Sept. 12.

PATRIOTS 25, JETS 22: Rhamondre Stevenson plunged into the end zone with 22 seconds left for his second TD of the game and New England (2-6) won at home over New York (2-6) to snap a six-game losing streak.
