Daryl died after a long and full life at the age of 98. His wife Barbara of more than 60 years preceded him indeath. He is survived by children Michael (Diane), Elizabeth (Barry), Joan (Steve), James (Renee) and Grandchildren Meghan Emery (dec), Kristen Emery, Elizabeth Frink, Sarah Glasgow and Chris, Nora and Jeff Werner, and greatgrandchildren Leah, Ada and David.

He retired as a civil engineer for CalTrans, was a member of Diablo A’s vintage car club and attended North Creek Church.

Daryl was loved and will always live in the hearts of his family. Acelebration of life is planned for Sept 25th at the Back Forty restaurant, his favorite diner.
