Leadership Pasadena, known as a vital leadership development program in the greater Pasadena area, is accepting applications for its Class of 2025.

The community network and training program caters to people who aspire to a leadership role with impact on Pasadena’s future.

The program offers one six-month cohort, with sessions running from January through June.

The cohort covers:

• 44+ hours of state-of-the-art, neuroscience-based leadership training. The training included professional leadership assessments;

• 30+ hours of education in greater Pasadena’s history, government, culture, economics, and infrastructure;

• Hands-on community impact projects in collaboration top community leaders and thought influencers in the area

“Our goal is to empower individuals with the skills, knowledge, and connections needed to make a lasting difference in our community,” said the program’s Executive Director Nancy Carol Inguanzo. “Leadership Pasadena transforms passionate citizens into effective leaders who can navigate the complex challenges facing our city.”

Inguanzo noted that graduates go on to volunteer for local organizations, join nonprofit boards, lead business associations and serve on city commissions.

Officials said each cohort is a diverse group of leaders from various ages, backgrounds and industry sectors.
