A 40-year-old Warren man is charged with sodomy after social media posts of the man in a “sexualized position” with a dog led Warren Police to investigate.

Cavin Wayne Ciaciuch was arraigned in 37th District Court on March 31 where Judge Michael Chupa set cash/surety bond at $20,000. Caicuch pleaded not guilty and posted bond on April 3 according to court records.

A probable cause conference is scheduled for May 13, 9:30 a.m. in front of Judge Suzanne Faunce.

Warren police said the social media posts were reported to them in late March at which time they began an investigation. Police confirmed that Ciaciuch no longer has any animals in his possession and that the dog pictured in the social media posts died a few years ago.
