El Dorado Hills
Kenneth Carter Bryant, formerly of San Jose, died on Feb. 1 of cardiac arrest at his home in El Dorado Hills. He was born in 1942 at the old O'Connor Hospital in San Jose. He served in the U.S. Air Force from 1960 to 1964. Ken graduated from San Jose State University in 1968. He earned his Juris Doctor degree from Santa Clara University School of Law in 1972.
He practiced law in San Jose, focusing onmediation and arbitration. He was a founding member of the California Dispute Resolution Council, serving as the organization’s president in 1996.
In 2015, he and Dale, his wife of 57 years, moved to El Dorado Hills. In addition to his wife, he is survived by his son Matthew of El Dorado Hills, daughter-in-law Yvette, grandchildren Brianna and Ethan and brother Michael Bryant of Roseville.
