



The annual Oakland County Fair returns bringing carnival rides, family-friendly attractions, food vendors, and farm animals to Springfield Oaks County Park in Davisburg, July 11-20.
Special events include Off-road Demolition Derby, Microwrestling, Figure 8 Races, SuperKicker Rodeo, Night of Destruction and Monster Trucks. To purchase tickets for these events, visit OakFair.org.
In addition to carnival rides and food, the fair features horse shows and opportunities to view farm animals, dogs, cats, rabbits, and alpacas and project exhibitions by Oakland County youth.
Special attractions include: Sea Lions Splash with three shows presented daily, Racing Pigs, presented five times each day and Show-Me-Safari Petting Zoo, where children of all ages can enjoy meeting a variety of animals.
The presenting sponsor of the fair is Oakland County Parks. The fair is at Springfield Oaks County Park, 12451 Andersonville Road, 248-634-8830, oakfair.org, event and ticket prices vary. Fair parking, which includes admission, is $15/vehicle and $10/motorcycle or walk-in. The fair opens at 9 a.m. daily, admission gate closes at 9 p.m. fair closes at 10 p.m. weekdays, 11 p.m. weekends.
