A man was arrested Thursday for reportedly burglarizing several small businesses from Aug. 16 through Oct. 30 in Lafayette, according to a release.

Adrian Grigg, 35, was arrested on suspicion of 13 counts of second-degree burglary, 13 counts of criminal mischief, attempted second-degree burglary and felony theft.

He is being held in custody on a $75,000 bond and is set for a return filing of charges on Nov. 26.

While committing the burglaries, Grigg caused an estimated $12,977 in damages and stole $4,090 worth of property, according to the release.

The businesses were identified as; Particulars Art Gallery and Studio at 401 South Public Road; Dairy Queen at 305 Exempla Circle; Ruby Ru’s Street Eatery at 1280 Centaur Village Drive; Mici Italian restaurant at 535 West South Boulder Road; Shiwa Indian Grocery at 489 U.S. 287; Ghost Box Pizza at 103 South Public Road; Bevy Salon at 2850 Arapahoe Road; Studio Bernina at 2850 Arapahoe Road; Eats & Sweets at 401 South Public Road; Cherry’s Cheesecakes & Delights at 111 North Harrison Avenue; Button Rock Bakery at 400 West South Boulder Road; Luxe Nail Salon at 1361 Forest Park Circle; and Gone Wild Pet Supply at 1365 Forest Park Circle.

Grigg is currently being held at the Adams County Jail on unrelated charges and was detained on an arrest warrant related to the Lafayette burglaries on Thursday.
