July 4th, 1937 – January 29th, 2025 Woodland, CA Ruth Georgianna Tafoya passed away in her home on Wednesday, January 29th, 2025, surrounded by her loving family. She was 87 years old. She is preceded in death by her husband of 46 years, David V. Tafoya; her children, David Tafoya Jr., Arlene Carston (Tafoya), and Norma Tafoya; seven grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren. A graveside burial is scheduled for Friday, February 14th, at 10:00 a.m. at St. Joseph’s Cemetery.

As per Ruth’s wishes, there will be no celebration of life.
