I can’t wait for the hurricane to come to Hobart. Then I can get a free boat in my yard too. Yes, Trump supporters, he really said this. By the way, the water was the wettest water ever.
Why would anyone make up a story about being sexually assaulted? Include a witness that could verify her account. Request an FBI investigation, knowing that lying to the FBI is a felony. Pass a lie detector test and have to endure death threats and move out of her home. You think anyone would do this for the fun of it?
So, you don’t like that people don’t address Trump, by President Trump? Please be honest, how did you address President Obama, or Hillary Clinton? All of these people that are acting so offended now, were acting and saying thing that were in very bad taste. Pick your battles, and don’t be a situational hypocrite.
Republican Senator Ted Cruz is locked in a heated race with Democrat Beto O’Rourke. For dramatic effect, Cruz is warnings Texans that if Beto wins, BBQ will be illegal. I sure wish we could find some intelligent people to run our country.
Any impeachment is bad for the country. Much better to take the time to investigate, as the victim has requested. Put this allegation through the current process. A rush to seat a judge could result in an impeachment, no reason in the world to do that.
Maybe the FBI can track the over 50 death threats that Christine Blasey Ford has gotten since she made the accusations against Brett Kavanaugh. Who does such a thing to a victim?
It was interesting seeing the report on the Illiana Expressway. The report showed that if the do-gooders had not blocked the project, we would now be reaping the benefits like 21 percent less Borman traffic and 11 percent fewer accidents. The part I liked best was almost one hour less travel time from Michigan City to Kankakee. I know all of the development speculation predicted in the report for Lake, LaPorte and Porter counties was not needed because of our already booming economies, but it sounded good for the benefit of our children and grandchildren.
Every time there is a mass shooting, people start screaming about changing the gun laws. Then others start screaming about the current laws being just fine. We have a problem called “lie and try,” where felons are not truthful on FBI instant background checks. In 2017, there were 112,000 “lie and try” crimes and federal investigators had names and addresses on the forms, but only 12 people were prosecuted. Is anyone taking this problem seriously?
Maybe one of the biggest issues with involving the FBI in Kavanaugh’s investigation is that the state of Maryland has no statute of limitations. A very important factor that all states need to implement.
Trump wants to release classified information and admitted he never read it. When questioned, he said great minds that I respect wanted it released. When asked whom he said Lou Dobbs, Jeanine Pirro and Sean Hannity. You just can’t make this up.
Rep. Devin Nunes was recorded at Rep. Cathy Rogers’ dinner: “We have to get Kavanaugh in before the elections. Then we can impeach Rosenstein and get rid of Mueller because they won’t clear Trump.” It is all planned out.
The White House is attacking the Justice Department. The people who protect us daily. Without them, we would no longer be able to remain a democracy. Congress no longer is a check on the White House. We are in dangerous waters that must be protected in November.
There seems to be many things wrong in the city of Gary. If it isn’t outright theft of money and services, it is people that don’t have a clue of what their job description entails. However, everyone that deals with budget issues and handles finances has to be subpoenaed to answer questions, because this cannot continue.
