The Yolo County Flood Control and Water Conservation District, in coordination with the Yolo County Public Works Division, will replace a deteriorating culvert pipeline on County Road 96, approximately three miles northwest of Davis.

The work is scheduled to take place daily from Monday, April 21, through Wednesday, April 23, weather permitting.

To ensure a safe construction zone, CR 96 will be closed between County Roads 29 and 30 from 8:00 a.m. on April 21 through 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday, April 23.

Traffic control will be provided by the Yolo County Public Works Road Maintenance staff. Travelers should expect delays and are encouraged to use alternate routes. Detours will be in place to guide motorists around the road closure. Local access to properties and businesses within the affected area will be maintained during construction.

This coordinated effort is essential to maintain irrigation service and storm drainage capacity in the area.
