84 years Kensington, CA Gina De Sousa passed away on December 26th, 2024. Born in Boston in 1940, she was a member of a large Cape Verdean community.<br><br>Gina began working as a social worker in the 70’s, and became alicensed clinical social worker in 1981.<br><br>In 1995, she went into full-time private practice as apsychotherapist.<br><br>Gina loved movies, theater, comedy, and live music.<br><br>She also loved spending time with her poodle dog, Taffy. Gina was a resident of Kensington since 1987.<br><br>A two day visitation will be held on January 25th - 26th, and funeral services will be held on January 27th at Sunset View Mortuary in El Cerrito. A memorial service will be scheduled at a future date.<div></div><br>
