Carlos Santana’s injured digit is keeping him from performing this month.

Santana, 77, broke his left pinkie after a fall at his vacation home in Hawaii, according to his manager, Michael Vrinois of Universal Tone Management. Santana was to play at Las Vegas’ House of Blues from Jan. 22 to Feb. 2, but the start date was pushed back to May 16.

“I am sorry to say that Carlos was out taking a walk at his vacation home in Kauai. He took a hard fall, and he broke his little finger on his left hand,” Vrionis said in a statement. “He had to have pins inserted in the finger. Unfortunately, he won’t be able to play guitar for approximately six weeks. Doctors do say that he will recuperate fully.

“He just needs to heal,” Vrionis said. “Santana profoundly regrets these postponements of his upcoming performances, but accidents happen, and his health is our No. 1 concern. He is looking forward to seeing all of his fans very soon.”

‘Spider-Man 4’ and Andrew Garfield: what to believe?

Andrew Garfield is setting the record straight … sort of.

The “We Live in Time” actor recently clarified some ongoing speculation that he’s signed on for the fourth installment of Marvel’s Tom Holland-led “Spider-Man” franchise, telling GQ UK in an interview published Thursday that it’s simply not true.

“I’m gonna disappoint you,” he said. “Yeah, no. But I know no one’s gonna trust anything I say from now on.”

Garfield was referring to the fact that he spent an entire year denying his involvement in Holland’s “Spider-Man: No Way Home” movie in 2021, then made a surprise cameo.

Garfield has recently said that he’d “100% come back” to reprise his role, telling Esquire in October that he’d return “if it was the right thing, if it’s additive to the culture, if there’s a great concept or something that hasn’t been done before that’s unique and odd and exciting and that you can sink your teeth into.”

“Maybe I’m gonna have like five kids at some point, and I’m gonna need to start saving up for the school tuition or something.”

bruce Springsteen likes his biopic doppelganger

Bruce Springsteen is singing Jeremy Allen White’s praises for his performance as The Boss himself in the upcoming biopic “Deliver Me From Nowhere.”

The rock legend recently appeared on SiriusXM’s E Street Radio, where he spoke with host Jim Rotolo about his experience visiting the set and admitted that it was “a little bit” strange at first to see an actor “pretend” to be him.

“But you get over that pretty quick, and Jeremy is such a terrific actor that you just fall right into it,” Springsteen said. “He’s got an interpretation of me that I think the fans will deeply recognize and he’s just done a great job.”
