Longtime resident of Roseville, MN passed away on 1/13/25. He is survived by his wife Amy (Clasen) Hahn and previous wife Sharon (Motzko) Franta, his mother Elaine Franta, and sisters Julie (Jim) Thill, Linda Pream, Coralie (Charlie) Liberko along with many extended family members and friends. He was a loving father to Laura (Jake) Winders, Rachel, Scott (Inge) and Alex Franta and children by marriage James, Katie (Carl), Lydia and Matthew Hahn. He is preceded in death by his father Frank Franta, brothers Fred and Jimmy Franta and brother-in-law Pete Pream.<br><br>A lifelong electrician, Scott was a proud member of IBEW local 110.<br><br>Scott loved his home, yard, and pets.<br><br>He played guitar in several Praise Bands and was excitedly practicing with a new garage band. He loved having a party. His infectious smile and laugh will be deeply missed by all who knew him.<br><br>A Celebration of Life will be held 2/1/25 at Shepherd of the Hills in Shoreview at 2pm.<div></div><br>
