Stolen vehicle arrest: On July 20 at 12:06 a.m., officers located a stolen 2010 Toyota 4Runner near Ashley Avenue and W. Main Street. Officers initiated a traffic stop but the driver did not stop. A pursuit continued through surface streets, to Highway 113 southbound, then westbound on Interstate 80. The vehicle continued until the Midway Road Exit near Vacaville. The driver collided with a guard rail. The driver and passenger were both arrested. The driver and passenger were both 16-year-old male Woodland residents. They were arrested for conspiracy, vehicle theft, and evading. Both were booked into the Yolo County Juvenile Detention Facility.

Prohibited campfire: On July 21 at 5:44 p.m., officers responded to the area of East Gibson Road along with the Woodland Fire Department. Through the investigation, officers discovered the fire was started by 69-year-old Woodland resident George Stephens. Stephens was issued a notice to appear for starting a prohibited campfire.
