Actor turning his back on ‘kissing girls’ in movies

Everyone who knows of George Clooney as an actor is quite aware that he is a romantic buff in movies. He is usually the guy who gets the girl. Usually, that entanglement involves a love scene, complete with a fevered kiss or two. But Clooney says that won’t be the case moving forward.

He made his stance clear in a recent interview with the Daily Mail.

The “Oceans Eleven” star shared that after a conversation with his wife, Amal Clooney, concerning his age, “kissing girls” in movies is no longer an option for him. “Look, I’m 63 years old. I’m not trying to compete with 25-year-old leading men,” he said. “That’s not my job. I’m not doing romantic films anymore.”
