The Metropolitan Airports Commission announced it has selected Bill Boyd as director of infrastructure and operations within its Information Technology Department. Boyd joins the MAC after nearly two decades at Wayzata-based Cargill, last serving as IT director, operations and technical services. MAC owns and operates Minneapolis-St. Paul International Airport and six general aviation airports in the Twin Cities region.

The Minnesota Conservative Energy Forum, an advocate for free-market clean energy solutions in Minnesota, announced the promotions of Rachel Stuckey to executive director and Nathan Dull to director of programs & operations. Stuckey has been with MnCEF since 2020, most recently serving as director of programs & operations. Dull previously served as senior field manager for MnCEF’s Minnesota Land & Liberty Coalition.

Stearns Bank, St. Cloud, announced that Amber Gerstung has joined the organization as its first-ever chief deposit officer. Gerstung most recently was senior managing director and head of embedded payments at Silicon Valley Bank. … U.S. Bancorp, Minneapolis, announced that Courtney Kelso will be joining as senior executive vice president and head of payments: consumer and small business, effective Feb. 3. Kelso previously was with American Express, where she held similar executive roles over 17 years.
Food
Hormel Foods, an Austin, Minn.-based provider of grocery store prepared food brands, said CEO James Snee is set to retire at the end of 2025, after leading the company for nearly nine years. Snee will serve as a strategic adviser to the board until the end of his tenure and for 18 months afterward, while it identifies a successor.

Winthrop & Weinstine, Minneapolis, announced the elevation of seven new shareholders: Lisa Ellingson, Jason Harby, Jordan Hogness, Devon Holstad, Chelsea Mularoni, Lindsey O’Malley and Will Schumacher. … Fredrikson, Minneapolis, announced that attorney Erika L. Andersen Corp., a Bayport-based maker of windows and doors for residential construction, announced it has appointed Kelly Aronson as senior vice president of Renewal by Andersen affiliate retail operations and digital experience. Aronson joined Renewal by Andersen in 2014 as IT director. … Conductive Containers, a Maple Grove-based maker of static control packaging for electronics, high-value components and optics for business, announced the appointment of Séamus Lafferty as CEO and a member of the board of directors. He succeeds Brad Ahlm who served in the role since 1993.

Arrowhead Promotion and Fulfillment, a Grand Rapids, Minn.-based provider of promotional marketing services and products for business, announced the promotion of Luke Prokop to president. Prokop resumes a line of family succession that began when Prokop’s grandfather, Keith Arnold, started the company in 1983.

The Community Foundation for Carver County, in partnership with CommunityGiving, announced the appointment of Erin Larson as executive director. Larson has had previous roles at We Can Ride, Teach For America, Mission Animal Hospital, and the Orono Foundation for Education.

Regis Corp., a Minneapolis-based operator and franchiser of retail hair care salons, announced the appointment of Susan Lintonsmith to its board of directors. Lintonsmith’s corporate career includes Pizza Hut, Coca-Cola, Horizon Organic, Red Robin and Quiznos, where she was CEO. Chairman Mike Suchsland and a leadership committee will run the company during an executive search process.

Xcel Energy, Minneapolis, announced that Roopesh Aggarwal has been named vice president of investor relations, succeeding Paul Johnson, who is retiring. Aggarwal joined Xcel Energy in 2019 as senior director, business innovation, and was named senior director, investor relations, in 2022.
