Beloved wife, proud mother, devoted friend. After courageous battle against multiple cancers diagnosed January 2023, Annette passed away peacefully at Our Lady of Peace Hospice on Wednesday, October 2nd, 2024.

Survived by son, Corey Duane Tigue; grandsons, Jacob Holton, Cameron Rhode, Gavin Rhode (Shelby Hanson); great-granddaughters, Chloe Rhode, Stella Rhode; brother, Ronald Hulke (Colleen Hulke); nephews, Jeremey Hulke (Sara), Olan Watters Jr.
(Mimi); nieces, Cheryl Watters, Melody Watters, Jennifer Watters Farley (Timothy), Cindy Rowell, Carrie Rowell; longtime friends, Vicky Kolodjski, Barb Meyer, Audrey Nordin; many cousins, nieces, nephews, friends and former co-workers. Annette was born in Minneapolis and attended primary schools in the area, graduating with honors from Brooklyn Center High School in 1963. Annette briefly attended Saint Cloud State, then gained employment with First National Bank. Annette’s career history included Minneapolis Board of Education, Anderson Dodge, Elsie’s, and Perfetti LTD, obtaining her Certified Public Accountant’s license in 1996; Annette also worked for TCF Investments & Insurance and Multiband. Annette was a consummate adventurer, loving to ride motorcycles and snowmobiles, go fishing and camping, but especially loved to travel; above all, her favorite destination was Paris France. Annette was known for her excellent cooking, but especially for her kind heart and ability to make everyone feel welcome. Annette will be sorely missed, always remembered, forever loved. Services Friday, October 11th, at Mount Olivet Lutheran Church, 5025 Knox Ave S., Minneapolis; Visitation 11:30 am, Funeral 1:00 pm.
