Archbishop Mitty badminton player Laila Wang is the Bay Area News Group’s girls high school athlete of the week and Las Lomas baseball player Noah Sison is the boys athlete of the week for May 19-24.

In online voting that ended at 5 p.m. Wednesday, Wang had 36.49% of the vote. Willow Glen softball player Katelynn Dilbeck finished second at 31.34% and Dublin track and field athlete Emma San took third.
