


Vandalism: On Feb. 17 at around 7:13 a.m., the reporting party called in to report that two homes under construction were vandalized overnight on the 1200 Block of Brownell Street. Entry was made into the homes and the water was left on. The reporting party estimated at least $20,000 dollars worth of damage was done at the properties.
Hit and Run: Officers were dispatched to the 400 Block of W. El Dorado Drive on Feb. 17 at around 9:07 a.m. regarding a vehicle collision into a residence. Officers arrived on the scene and found the driver of the vehicle had fled the scene on foot in an unknown direction of travel. The vehicle, a 1991 Nissan was determined to be an unreported stolen. Officers are following up on leads to the possible driver of the vehicle.
Vandalism: Officers responded to the area of Farnham Avenue and E. Gum Avenue on Feb. 17 at around 9:01 a.m. regarding a subject who was throwing large rocks at cars. The reporting party followed the suspect until units arrived on the scene. Officers located Johnnie Ray Goins, a 36-year-old Woodland resident, who was positively identified as the suspect. Goins was arrested for felony vandalism and transported to Yolo County Jail where he was booked.
HOST
HOST participated in trainings this week.
HOST made 37 contacts, offered services to 15 of them of which two accepted services. There were seven camps located and three camps cleaned up. There were 14 downtown patrols and five business contacts made.
