


Teddy Kraus scored 18 points and Antek Evan scored 13 to lead Wyoming Seminary over Tunkhannock, 47-45, Tuesday night in a Wyoming Valley Conference Division 2 basketball game.
The victory allowed the Blue Knights to extend their winning streak to four.
Jayden Arterberry added 10 points for Wyoming Seminary.
Bode Lukasavage led Tunkhannock with 18 points. Jayden Ransom scored 11, while Makhi Mickels scored seven.
Wyoming Area 58, Lake-Lehman 43: At Wyoming Area, Luke Kopetchny scored a game-high 24 points and Lukas Burakiewicz added 21 as Wyoming Area defeated Lake-Lehman. The Warriors extended their winning streak to three and are now 10-1 in Division 2.
Anthony DeLucca chipped in with five points for the Warriors.
Spencer Smith led Lake-Lehman with 14 points. Hayden Evans scored eight, while Alex Smith and Ben Dowling each scored seven.
Berwick 60, MMI Prep 31: At Berwick, Kaden Hickman led a balanced Berwick scoring attack with 16 points as the Bulldogs snapped a two-game losing streak with a win at home.
Noah Marquez added 14 points, while Billy Hanson scored 12 and Julian Howie added nine.
Nick Pantages led MMI Prep with 13 points. Nate Kringe scored eight.
Holy Redeemer 64, Hanover Area 30: At Holy Redeemer, Cody Quaglia scored 14 points and Brayden Sock added 11 to lead Holy Redeemer over Hanover Area.
Evan Licari scored nine points for the Royals, while David Popson had eight.
Jayden Coleman led Hanover Area with eight points. Dewayne Downey scored six, while Andrew Kistner and Noah Sabecky each scored five.
Wilkes-Barre Area 53, Dallas 44: At Dallas, Wilkes-Barre Area moved one-game behind Dallas in the race for the Division 1 regular-season championship with a victory over the Mountaineers on Tuesday night.
Dallas dropped to 7-2 in the division, while Wilkes-Barre Area is now 7-3. The teams split the regular-season series. David Jannuzzi led Wilkes-Barre Area with 21 points. Mike Keating scored 13.
Jude Nocito and Joey Nocito each scored 11 points for Dallas. Pat Flanagan scored 10.
Pittston Area 57, Valley West 35: At Pittston Area, Silvio Giardina scored 16 points and Lucas Lopresto scored nine to lead Pittston Area to a win at home.
Paul Jordan McGarry and John Jadus each scored eight points for the Patriots, while Aiden Lynn added seven.
Navion Terry scored 13 points for Valley West. Lemar Weatherspoon added seven.
The win allowed Pittston Area to remain tied with Wilkes-Barre Area in Division 1 with 7-3 records. Both are one game behind first-place Dallas.
Hazleton Area 58, Nanticoke Area 38: At Hazleton Area, Angel Saladin scored 15 points and Dylan Stish scored 13 to lead Hazleton Area over Nanticoke Area.
Mathias Mitchell led Nanticoke Area with 17 points. Loudon Mullery finished with nine.
The win improved Hazleton Area to 6-3 in Division 1 and leaves it tied with Wilkes-Barre Area and Pittston Area in the loss column. Wilkes-Barre Area and Pittston Area are each 7-3 in Division 1. Dallas in first place with a 7-2 division record.

Tunkhannock 46, Hanover Area 27: At Hanover Area, Erin Van Ness scored a game-high 18 points and Mackenzie Gregory chipped in with seven as Tunkhannock picked up a win on the road Tuesday night.
Elizabeth Moore and Laurianna Alston each scored five points for the Tigers.
Flora Tirado led Hanover Area with 13 points. Symone Mims finished with four points.

Hazleton Area 116, Holy Redeemer 58: At Hazleton Area, Milana Daiute and Lia Ochs each finished with two wins to pace Hazleton to a victory.
At the meet, junior Emilia Alcantara was honored for earning her 1,000th point.
MMI Prep swimmer Mary Kate Kupsky broke two pool records. She finished with a time of 1:55.93 in the 200 free and ended with a 58.97 in the 100 back.
