Resident of San Jose

Robert (Bob) Frank Edwards was born in Marlboro, MA on Jan 28, 1938 to Arnold Henry Edwards and Della Blanche (Ritchie). They settled in Orange, MA in 1940, where Bob attended school with his older brother Arthur Raymond Edwards (1936). After graduating from Orange High School, Bob entered Northeastern University. The family then relocated to Canoga Park, CA. Bob was hired by Deluxe Check Printers in July 1958 in Chatsworth, CA at their newly opened plant. He helped them open several more in his 39 year career.

Bob married Judith Marilyn Poole in 1959. Daughter Mary Lynne was born in 1960, and son Lawrence Arthur was born in 1962. Divorced in 1969. Married Nancy Ann Ernest (Inman) in 1975, adding Pamela, Brett, and Samantha to the family. Bob and Nancy bought a house in San Jose, CA in 1976. Bob had many interests and hobbies: games, history, RV travel, fishing, hiking, and passing on knowledge. Bob lived in their home until Nov 30, 2022, when he moved into acare facility to better provide for his needs. On Feb 12, 2023, Bob succumbed to Alzheimer’s at age 85. He is survived by his wife, children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
