Art Guild meeting

• Washington Art Guild meets Feb. 3 at Romeo Community Center, 361 Morton Street, in the North Room. Use the Morton Street parking lot and enter the building through the door on the right, which is on the northeast corner of the building. Doors open at 6:30 p.m. for refreshments and socializing. Bottle and can drive

• Woman’s Life Chapter 855 conducts a continuous bottle and can drive with drop off locations in Richmond and Memphis to help those in the community in need. They also offer a pick up service for larger donations. For more information, call 586-318-4053.

• Sterling Heights Lions Club host euchre tournament Feb. 14 at their clubhouse, 12828 Canal Road, Sterling Heights. • Festival of Pizza to benefit the Relay for Life of Clinton Township and Southeast Macomb County from 5-7 p.m. Jan. 30 in the Chippewa Valley High School cafeteria, 18300 19 Mile Road, Clinton Township. Cost is $10 per person; free for those age five and under and cancer survivors.

• Samaritan House 14th annual pasta and chicken dinner is 5-9 p.m. Feb. 26 at the Palazzo Grande, 54660 Van Dyke Avenue, Shelby Township. Tickets are $50 per person and includes dinner, entertainment, raffles and 50/50. Proceeds will be used to keep the food pantry stocked.
