You have questions. I have some answers.
Q People magazine reported that Heidi Klum will return to “Project Runway”; however, I did not see that the show was broadcast last year at all. Will it be back? On what channel?
A The reality competition will be back sometime this year for a new season on Freeform, with replays on Disney+ and Hulu. The series previously aired on Bravo and Lifetime, with its most recent season ending in September 2023. Freeform says the new version “will refresh one of television’s most successful reality competition series, making more dreams for aspiring fashion designers come true.” And yes, People.com said in January, Klum will be back with the show she left in 2018. Former “Runway” co-star Tim Gunn, meanwhile, told People that he was not invited back.
Q Has there been any change in the apparent decision to not continue the “Blue Bloods” series? I’m still watching the reruns and still hoping for a reprieve.
A While there are no known plans for more of “Blue Bloods,” the story of at least one Reagan family member will continue. CBS has given a series order for 2025-26 to “Boston Blue,” the working title of a sequel series starring Boston native Donnie Wahlberg. In what CBS is calling a “universe expansion” of “Blue Bloods,” “Wahlberg will reprise his role as … Danny Reagan as he takes a position with Boston PD. Once in Boston, he is paired with detective Lena Peters, the eldest daughter of a prominent law enforcement family.” Brandon Sonnier and Brandon Margolis, formerly of “The Blacklist” and “L.A.’s Finest,” will be executive producers and showrunners.
