The Digital Media class at Fitzgerald High School is offering students an exciting opportunity to explore the world of film and media production.

From creating music videos, and silent films to producing scary movie trailers and stop motion animations.

One of the most exciting aspects of Digital Media is the chance to use professional editing software like Adobe Premiere.

Students learn techniques such as motion blur, color adjustment, and adding graphics and effects to their projects.

They also get to film school events, which gives students the chance to film real world experience while attending events for free!

After completing the introductory course, students can move up to Advanced Digital Media, where they take on even bigger projects like editing fall and spring events for the schools yearbook.

They are also offered the opportunity to attend various events like Courageous Persuaders PSA Competition, the STN Horrorfest and the DAFT Student Film Festival to gain hands-on real life experiences.

With the skills gained from either Intro and/or Advanced level class, students are given the chance to attend Student Television Network(STN), which is held in various states every year like Florida.

With engaging projects and real world experiences, Digital Media at Fitzgerald is shaping the next generation of creative professionals!
