The University of Colorado men’s basketball team hosted Eastern Washington on Monday night at the CU Events Center hoping to get its 2024-25 season off on the right foot. It proved a little more difficult than anticipated for the heavily favored Buffs, who overcame a halftime deficit to send the fans home happy after a 76-56 win.
