Resident of Castro Valley Beatrice Jeanne Montgomery (Lewis) passed away at her home on October 14, 2024 at the age of 81. Bea was born to Joseph and Bea Lewis on December 6, 1942 in Oakland, California. She graduated from Castro Valley High School in 1960 and was a long-time resident ofCastro Valley, Ca. On March 17, 1974 Bea married Robert Montgomery at Neighborhood Church in Castro Valley which was the beginning of a 50-year union.

Together they raised three children. Bea worked alongside her husband in the family business, Montgomery Pest Control, as the office manager until they retired together in2002.

Bea is survived by her husband, Bob Montgomery, daughter Penny (Marco) Azurdia, daughter Lynette (John) Martin, and son Daniel Montgomery as well as three grandchildren, a sister, two nieces, and several grandnieces and grandnephews.

A service will be held at Three Crosses Church at 20600 John Drive in Castro Valley at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, January 10th with areception tofollow.
