Former “Hamilton” star Anthony Ramos is calling out Madonna for being on her iPad the entire time she was in the audience of the Tony-winning Broadway hit.
While appearing on “Watch What Happens Live” this week, Ramos exposed the Queen of Pop’s lack of etiquette after Andy Cohen asked him to identify “the most terrifying celebrity” he’d seen in the crowd during his run in “Hamilton.”
“The most terrifying was Madonna with an iPad in her face … the whole time,” recalled Ramos. “I was like, damn, shorty, if you’re not enjoying it that much, you know the door’s right there.”
In 2015, “Hamilton” creator Lin-Manuel Miranda wrote in a since-deleted tweet that “tonight was the first time I asked stage management NOT to allow a celebrity (who was texting all through Act 2) backstage,” according to Playbill.com. A source told the outlet that Madonna not only arrived late but used her phone multiple times during both acts.
TracE Cyrus aims latest rant at Jason Aldean
Trace Cyrus has been pretty unhinged on Instagram the past couple weeks, and Monday night was no different as he aimed his keyboard at Jason Aldean and his controversial hit, “Try That in a Small Town.”
“Guys, I was just sitting in my kitchen and this stupid (expletive) song came on the radio,” said the son of Billy Ray Cyrus on his Instagram stories. “Remember this went viral? And everyone knows, like I’m as patriotic as it gets. I love Trump and American and all that (expletive) but listen to how stupid this is. Like, this is what’s on the radio.”
Cyrus then played a bit of the video to “Try That in a Small Town,” and repeated the lyrics.
“Sucker punch somebody on a sidewalk … let’s hear this again, I don’t even know what …” he said, laughing.
‘no regrets’: Depp talks about Trial involving ex
Johnny Depp has reflected on his protracted legal battle with ex-wife Amber Heard.
The star whose rocky marriage to the actress was highly publicized following their 2017 divorce he referred to as a “soap opera” that was “literally televised” opened up about the career-derailing domestic abuse allegations in a wide-ranging profile published Sunday in The Times.
Depp won the former couple’s 2022 joint defamation trial.
“Look, it had gone far enough,” he said about pursuing the legal action. “I knew I’d have to semi-eviscerate myself.”
Depp said he doesn’t feel contrite about suing Heard for libel in a court after she penned an op-ed piece describing herself as a “public figure representing domestic abuse” in 2018.
