Margarita Christina Rainey, 97 1/2, passed away in Chico on May 6, 2025.<br><br>Margarita was born August 7, 1927 in Buenos Aires, Argentina to Alfred and Christina Burgdorf.<br><br>Preceded in death by her husband of 72 years, Calvin, daughter Suzanna Rainey-Weston, and son Steven Rainey.<br><br>She is survived by ason Timothy Rainey (Nancy) 6 grandchildren, 8 great - grandchildren, as well as nieces and nephews.<br><br>A celebration of life will be held at Chico First Baptist Church at 850 Palmetto Ave. Sunday June 29 at 1pm.<br><br>To leave condolences for the family go to https://brusiefh.com/<br>
