David Peralta homered, doubled and drove in a run for the Dodgers, who won for just the second time in seven games.
Miller (3-0), a 24-year-old right-hander, allowed three hits in six innings, struck out seven and walked three, lowering his ERA to 0.78, in his fourth big league appearance.
The defending NL champion Phillies (31-33) had won a season-high six in a row.

Seager hit a two-run double in a three-run third off Taj Bradley (4-3) and hit a two-run homer against Jalen Beeks in a three-run fourth.
METS 5, PIRATES 1 >> New York stopped a seven-game losing streak, beating host Pittsburgh behind Mark Canha’s tiebreaking two-run double in the seventh inning and three RBIs.
Kodai Senga (6-3) allowed an unearned run and two hits in seven innings.
DIAMONDBACKS 5, TIGERS 0 >> Nick Ahmed hit a two-run homer in the second inning, Lourdes Gurriel added a three-run blast in the fifth and visiting Arizona sent Detroit to its eighth straight loss.
NL West-leading Arizona, which has won four straight games, is 14 games over .500 for the first time in nearly five years.
