Patricia Ann Rand, aged 86, California resident of 74 years, passed away on October 29, 2022.

Pat was born on May 12, 1936 in Greensburg, Pennsylvania and moved to California at the age of 12. She was a cherished wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and friend to so many. Pat had a successful career as an independent real estate agent and broker for many years in the San Fernando Valley. She enjoyed any game that included a deck (or two, or three) of cards and could often be found in a bingo hall.

At the age of 16, she married the love of her life, and went on to create a large, loud, and beautiful family.

Pat was preceded in death by her parents, Nicholas and Ann Parry; her sister, Joyce Parry; and her adoring husband of 58 years, Stanley David Rand.

Pat leaves behind a living legacy in her children and their spouses: Marya (Donald), Michael (Mona), Robert (Susan), Steven (Linnea); grandchildren: Jennifer (Owen), Jeff (Gretchen), Amy (James), Stacey (Brett), Kayla (Westin), Nicole, Corey, and Mia; great-grandchildren: Zachary, Sarah, Hannah, Luke, Elliana, Caleb, Jocelyn, David, and Everett; and her brothers: Daryl (Mikel) and Doug. Her dimpled smile and the light in her eyes will be missed by all who knew her, while her memory continues to live on.
