Bam Adebayo scored 27 points, Tyler Herro scored 20 and the host Miami Heat spoiled Jimmy Butler’s return game with a one-sided 112-86 win over the Golden State Warriors on Tuesday night.

Alec Burks scored 18 for Miami, which never trailed. The Heat were 17 for 25 from 3-point range.

Butler, in his first game back in Miami since a trade last month, had 11 points and heard more boos than cheers. Jonathan Kuminga scored 15 for Golden State.

The Warriors played without Steph Curry, held out for a second straight game with a pelvic contusion.

Pistons 122, Spurs 96: Marcus Sasser scored a career-high 27 points in 26 minutes off the bench and host Detroit routed San Antonio for its second consecutive victory without injured star Cade Cunningham (bruised calf).

The Pistons (41-32) pulled within a percentage point of Milwaukee (40-31) for fifth place in the Eastern Conference.

Devin Vassell had 26 points for the Spurs.

Thunder 121, Kings 105: Shai Gilgeous-Alexander scored 32 points to lead visiting Oklahoma City to its seventh straight win and 60th of the season with a victory over Sacramento.

Chet Holmgren added 18 points and 10 rebounds and Alex Caruso scored 15 to give the NBA-leading Thunder their 14th win in 15 games.

Keegan Murray scored 28 points with nine 3-pointers to lead the Kings.

Cavaliers 122, Trail Blazers 111: Darius Garland had 27 points and eight assists to lead visiting Cleveland to a win over Portland.

Ty Jerome scored 25 points off the bench for the Cavaliers.

The Trail Blazers’ Scoot Henderson and Shaedon Sharpe each had 18 points in the loss.

Magic 111, Hornets 104: Paolo Banchero scored 32 points, Franz Wagner had 26 points and visiting Orlando used a late run for a win over Charlotte.

LaMelo Ball led the Hornets with 25 points and nine assists.

Knicks 128, Mavericks 113: Karl-Anthony Towns had 26 points, 12 rebounds and 11 assists for his first triple-double in more than three years, helping host New York defeat Dallas.

OG Anunoby had 35 points, and Josh Hart added 16 points, 12 rebounds and 11 assists for his ninth triple-double of the season, breaking a 56-year-old franchise record he shared with Walt Frazier.

Naji Marshall had a career-high 38 points for the Mavericks.

Rockets 121, Hawks 114: Jalen Green scored 32 points and had 11 rebounds as host Houston beat Atlanta.

Fred VanVleet added 21 points for the Rockets.

Dyson Daniels led the Hawks with 19 points, eight rebounds, 10 assists and four steals.

Grizzlies 140, Jazz 103: Desmond Bane scored 21 points and visiting Memphis, playing without Ja Morant (hamstring strain), used a dominant second half for a rout of Utah. Isaiah Collier scored 21 for the Jazz, who have dropped 13 of 14.

Bucks’ Lillard out with deep vein thrombosis: Milwaukee Bucks guard Damian Lillard is taking blood-thinning medication after being diagnosed with deep vein thrombosis in his right calf.

The Bucks provided the update on the seven-time all-NBA guard’s status without offering a target date for his potential return. Lillard has missed the Bucks’ past three games.

Thrombosis is the formation of a blood clot inside a blood vessel.
