• An article, “Bayanihan lives and breathes in San Francisco’s SOMA,” that appeared in the Jan. 12 edition of Heritage magazine incorrectly reported that SOMA Pilipinas had purchased a building where tenants had discriminated against Filipinos. It was the Filipino American Development Foundation that purchased the building, and the tenants were Filipinos who were discriminated against.

• Due to a production error on Page A3 in Thursday’s paper, a story about San Leandro Council Member Bryan Azevedo was accompanied by a photo of an FBI raid at former Oakland mayor Sheng Thao’s home. Authorities have not confirmed a link between the two raids.

• Due to an incorrect statement from a Santa Clara County Superior Court judge, a story published Jan. 3 about an appeals court’s overturning of a conviction against former professional football player Dana Stubblefield incorrectly reported that Stubblefield had been transferred to Santa Clara County Main Jail. He remained in custody at Corcoran State Prison as of Jan. 17.
