In March, the buzz began as promoters of the Hard Summer Music Festival announced its return, slated for this weekend.

The event is in a new home at Hollywood Park, just outside SoFi Stadium in Inglewood. Fans of the two-day, multistage festival can look forward to an electrifying lineup featuring the best of EDM and hip-hop from Insomniac Events.

In its 16th edition, the festival is set to be bigger and better than ever, organizers say, with never-before-seen stages, local talent and a plethora of pregaming and afterparties spread throughout the area. Festivalgoers can also attend pre-party festivities at spots like Grand Central Market.

Here’s what to know before heading out to Hard Summer.

This year, the lineup caters to electronic, house, techno, dubstep, drum and bass, and hip-hop. The fest will include its usual five stages plus a new local talent stage.
