The Winters Theatre Company is celebrating and promoting local and regional literary talent by sponsoring “Lit Fest 5,” a platform for writers and poets to share their creative expressions with the community and to connect with other literature lovers.

Interested participants are invited to submit a digital text of their works, now through Sunday, June 7.

The performance and reception will be held on Sunday, June 29, from 7 to 9 p.m., at the Historic Winters Opera House, 13 Main St., in Winters.
