OAKLAND >> A Fantasy 5 state lottery game ticket that resulted in a $116,606 prize Tuesday night was purchased at a Dimond district convenience store, officials said.

Whoever bought the ticket — and so far no one has been officially identified — was one of three players statewide to pick the five winning numbers, which were 1, 21, 33, 38 and 39, splitting the total jackpot of $349,818.

The ticket was purchased at the 7-Eleven store at 2411 MacArthur Blvd.

A store employee who wanted to be identified only as Daniel said Wednesday afternoon he thought because of the way she was talking earlier at the store that a woman who is a regular player may have been the winner.

“She talked like she was, but I’m still not sure,” he said, adding “of course we’re happy” for whoever won.

The other two winning tickets were sold at another 7-Eleven store in San Luis Obispo and at a Los Angeles market.

The winners have 180 days from the date of the draw to claim their prizes.

Fantasy 5 is played every night of the week. Wednesday’s jackpot was to be a minimum of $72,000.
