Larry Erickson was born in Boulder, Colorado on October 15, 1946. He exhibited an attitude to engage in everyday challenges.
He integrated honor, loyalty, respect and compassion for both family and friends. He had the capability to think and act appropriately at any given moment and never quit.
Larry had high standards of excellence and was a jack of all trades-carpenter, mechanic, electrician, plumber, equipment operator, truck driver and hunter. Larry was a warrior after God's heart-a man of integrity, confidence, strength and discipline. He was courageous in life and was protective, strong, faced his fears and was resilient. He valued truth, let nothing get in his way, listened to his own intuition and was kind hearted. He knew that to whom much was given much was expected and he gave it all he had. Larry had the ability to accept his imperfections and strived to become his best self. He was loved and will be missed. He knew we are all travelers on this earth and was not afraid of death.
The family will have Larry's celebration of life Saturday, November 2, 2 p.m. at our home on Valmont Rd.
