The Friends of the Davis Public Library is excited to announce the next book sale set for Friday, June 23, from noon to 7 p.m. in the in the Blanchard Room at the library located at 315 E. 14th St.

The sale will be open to members and non-members alike from Friday through Sunday. On Sunday, anyone is encouraged to bring their own bag and fill it up for $10 per bag.

Members will receive $2 off at each sale, and folks can sign up to be members at the door. Unfortunately, there are no scanners on Friday, but they are welcome on Saturday and Sunday.

On Saturday, June 3, the hours of the sale will be from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., and on Sunday, June 4, from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.

Masking is strongly recommended.The special collection featured this month will be on Gender Studies. The usual assortment of CDs, LPs and magazines will be available. DVDs are only $1 each. In addition, there is a wonderful assortment of jigsaw puzzles as well as an ample supply of children's books available.

There is now access to a credit card device to help those interested in purchasing books with a credit card. Apple Pay is also accepted.
