1. ARCADIA (8-1-3)

The Apaches move up to the No. 1 spot and are the SGV’s highest-ranked team — at No. 29 — in the CIF Southern Section computer rankings. That would put them in the Division 1 playoffs if they keep pace. They’re 3-0 in the Pacific League, but still have games against Crescenta Valley and Muir, which are also having strong seasons.

2. SONORA (14-3-3)

The Raiders lead the North Hills League standings with a 3-1-1 record. They are coming off a 2-1 loss to Brea Olinda.

3. FLINTRIDGE PREP (8-2-1)

The Wolves haven’t played since the Eaton fire started Jan. 7. They are set to return today against Mayfield, a game that is usually tight and filled with drama. The Wolves’ best win this season came against Claremont 3-0 on Jan. 3. They, too, are in position to play in the Division 1 playoffs if they win out.

4. BISHOP AMAT (11-6-3)

The Lancers earned an impressive 0-0 tie against undefeated St. Joseph and had a 1-1 tie against St. Genevieve. They have a win over Paraclete and have beaten La Salle twice. They can win the Del Rey League with a strong finish.

5. LA CANADA (7-1-1)

The Spartans have had several games postponed due to the Eaton fire and will be busy over the next two weeks. They have nine games scheduled. They’re 1-0 in the Rio Hondo League.

6. ST. LUCY’S (10-3-4)

The Regents posted their best win of the season by beating Rancho Cucamonga 4-3. They also have a 5-4 loss to Chino Hills and a 2-1 loss to Los Osos. If they secure a playoff spot in the Baseline League, it would be impressive.

7. EL RANCHO (10-2-2)

After a 2-1 loss to La Serna, the Dons had wins over Santa Fe and Whittier to stay in the chase for the Del Rio League title. They are tied for second with California with 2-1 league records. La Serna, which was 4-7-1 entering league play, is in first place at 4-0 in league.

8. GLENDORA (6-5-3)

The Tartans had a tough week, losing 2-0 to Walnut and tying Ayala 2-2. But they’re still in the thick of the Palomares League title chase with a 3-1-1 record. They have big games Monday and Tuesday against league-leading Claremont.

9. SAN DIMAS (8-4-2)

The Saints had a seven-game unbeaten streak snapped with a 1-0 loss to South Hills in the Valle Vista League. The teams will meet again in the league finale, which could decide the league title.

10. MUIR (11-1-1)

The Mustangs have not played a game since the Eaton fire began Jan. 7. They have outscored their opponents 58-3.
