Age 82, of St. Paul, MN Passed away peacefully at Episcopal Homes in St. Paul on February 19, 2025. Regina was born on January 4, 1943 in Baltimore, MD to Albert and Marguerite Hogarth.<br><br>Regina was proud of her Irish roots and loved spending time with her family as well as being active in the Episcopal Church.<br><br>She was preceded in death by her parents Albert and Marguerite. She is survived by her son Kevin Thomas (Anna), and their three children Cora, AJ and Evelyn Thomas; and one sister Laurie Sullivan (Emmett) of Kirkland, WA.
