


Stolen Vehicle Recovery: On April 22 at 10:40 a.m., a gray Hyundai Sonata was located running with a damaged ignition on the 600 Block of Denise Dr. The vehicle was stolen from Davis. The vehicle was returned to its owner.
Assault with a Deadly Weapon: On April 25 at 5:38 p.m., on the 1900 Block of E. Beamer, Steven Kittleson, a 32-year-old Woodland resident, hit the victim in the face and head multiple times with a large bamboo stick causing injury for an unknown reason. Steven fled on foot but was later located near E. Main Street east of Pioneer Avenue. Kittleson was arrested for Assault with a Deadly Weapon and booked at Yolo County Jail.
Robbery: On April 26 at 4:04 a.m. at 1400 E. Main St., the victim was on the north side of Quick Stop when Dillon Justice and James Graffort, both 30-year-old Woodland residents, approached him demanding his Social Security check. The victim refused to give money to them. Justice punched the victim in the face causing him to fall. Graffort took the victim’s bike and Justice and Graffort fled with the victim’s bike and backpack. Graffort and Justice were stopped on Pioneer Avenue north of E. Main Street. They were arrested and booked at Yolo County Jail.
Felon in Possession of Firearm Arrest: On April 27 at 1:15 p.m., an officer made a car stop on Sergio Gamino Jr., a 23-year-old Woodland resident at the intersection of W. Cross and Ashley Avenue. During the car stop the officer was able to observe the handgrip of a firearm protruding from Gamino’s pants pocket. Gamino was arrested for carrying a concealed weapon and felon in possession of a firearm. Gamino was booked at Yolo County Jail.
HOST
HOST has continued to assist patrol covering vacancies.
This week HOST was able to work with Two Men and a Truck for clean-ups. They filled two trucks throughout the day with a total of 26 cubic yards of trash removed from the city.
HOST made 43 contacts, and offered services to 19 of them of which zero accepted services. There were 18 camps located and three camps cleaned up. There were six downtown patrols and three business contacts made.
