Last week, a Yolo County special grand jury was presented with evidence on multiple criminal matters for consideration of charges.

According to a local press release, they returned multiple indictments. They are listed below.

Joseph K. Baker, 37, a transient in the city of West Sacramento, was indicted on four counts of attempted second-degree robbery, and two count enhancements for use of a deadly weapon. He was arraigned on the indictment on July 22. A trial readiness conference is set for Oct. 9, at 9 a.m. in Dept. 9 of Yolo County Superior Court.

Markeec Brunson, 48, of Norristown, Pennsylvania, and Donald Womack, 46, of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, were indicted on one count of murder, with an enhancement for willful, deliberate, and premeditated murder and one count of conspiracy to commit murder. Brunson and Womack will be arraigned on the Indictment on July 29 at 9 a.m. in Dept. 8.

Lysandra Dasilva, 31, of Davis, Nathan Orr, 30, of Davis, and Cheyenne Xiong, 20, of Hayfork, were indicted on one count of vandalism and one count of conspiracy to commit a misdemeanor. Dasilva and Xiong were also indicted on one count of resisting or obstructing a public officer, peace officer, or emergency medical technician. Dasilva, Orr and Xiong will be arraigned on the indictment on Sept. 4, at 9 a.m., in Dept. 9.

Michelle Reinert, 51, formerly of Folsom, was indicted on three counts of perjury. Reinert was arraigned on the indictment on July 25. A trial setting conference is set for Sept. 16, at 9 a.m. in Dept. 9.
